Our IT professionals are recruited throughout Eastern Europe and Asia.
Which language do they speak?
All of our IT staff are fluent in English.
Is it possible for them to commute occasionally?
Yes, that’s possible. We determine the frequency of the developer’s visits in advance when planning the collaboration.
Is it possible for them to commute daily?
Yes, that’s possible. In this scenario, we will select developers who are interested in relocation. We’ll arrange the necessary visas, all documentation, flight tickets, accommodation and transportation.
What is the guarantee that the project will be handled by the developer we selected based on an interview (or entry assessment)?
We know all of our IT professionals on a personal level. Each community has an HR manager who personally selects developers and oversees the recruitment process. Each developer is then supervised by our expert team leader. If required, we will also allow you to use your own method of supervision.
Can you assure us that you will take good care of the developer and that you will pay them in a timely manner? How can we be assured that they won't stop working with us for reasons beyond our control?
We have sufficient financial backing to cover all costs and provide above-standard care for our staff. If necessary, we can set up a control process that is suitable for both parties. It is in our interest to have a good corporate reputation and a well-functioning business.
What does outstaffing mean? How does it differ from the rental of IT staff?
You will not often come across the term Outstaffing in the Czech working environment, rather the term Rental of IT personnel is used here. However, it is the same service, i.e. hiring foreign developer who usually work remotely. This employment concept is becoming more and more popular in the Czech Republic. This is a proven method of hiring workers, commonly used abroad, especially in the IT sector.
Still got questions? We will be more than happy to answer them in person.
