The five steps to a successful collaboration

Submit a request

We will prepare the list of developers for you

On request, we provide a list of developers with the relevant skills and experience, together with a CV. We can even assemble the entire team for you as required.

Choose your IT expert

You can choose from our portfolio of professionals that are most suitable for your project. You can evaluate their skills and assess their compatibility with your project.

4.

Hire the developer as one of your core staff

The selected team or specific IT specialists are assigned to your project. LIDEX will receive the first instalment of the commission.

5.

Try before you buy

LIDEX receives the second part of the commission if the developer has demonstrated his or her skills and stays with you for a period of three months.
