The processing of personal data

1. LIDEX, s. r. o., with headquarters at Řipská 1095/1, 101 00 Prague 10, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 302494, processes the following personal data in the case of a reply to an inquiry submitted by e-mail within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (formerly also referred to as the “Regulation”):

• first and last name,
• phone,
• e-mail.

2. Your first name, last name, telephone number, and e-mail are required to respond to your inquiry. These personal data will be processed by LIDEX, s. r. o. for 6 months.

3. The processing of personal data is performed by LIDEX, s. r. o., i.e. the personal data administrator, however, personal data may also be processed for this company by the following processors:

• LIDEX BUILDING, s. r. o., ič: 08967768

4. Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:

• request information from us about what personal data we have collected and processed about you,
• request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
• request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
• require us to delete this personal data – however, this deletion will result in the termination of the joint agreement,
• contact us or the Office of Personal Data Protection in case of any doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data.
